SOLD OUT! in half a day at Saxapahaw HOLIDAY MARKET 2015!

Well, we underestimated the DEMAND for Cat’s Wicked Hot Sauce at the Saxapahaw HOLIDAY MARKET this year. The 2-day event took place on Dec. 5th and 6th. CAT’S WICKED HOT SAUCE booth was completely bare by 2:30pm on the first day! But don’t worry- we’ll make A LOT MORE!!!!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

Made with hot peppers home-grown in Saxapahaw, NC.

Made in small hand-crafted batches and canned.

PEPPERS:

Habanero, Jalapeno, Poblano, Thai Hot, Banana, Red Sabina Habanero, Cayenne, Jamaican Hot Peppers, Chipotle, Anaheim

HOTNESS RATINGS:

XXXX = Mostly Habaneros, Very tasty with great flavor, but seriously very WICKED HOT. You will ENJOY the burn, but it will BURN.

XXX = Mixture of all the above peppers (plus other fresh local ingredients.) Still the hottest sauce you’ll ever have with great flavor.

XX = Still not for the faint of heart. This sauce has great taste and burn and might still win you some dares. These sauces start at XX because they are that much hotter than the hottest sauce you can buy in the grocery store.
